Easy to use and store.  Fibrous casings are not edible and must be peeled away before eating.  Pre-stuck.  #2 1/2 fibrous casing will hold up to 2.5 lbs. of sausage meat. Soak fibrous casings in warm water 15 minutes before using.  Stuffed diameter appx. 2.8" ---  10 pack will stuff about 25 pounds of sausage.
