Easy to use and store.  Fibrous casings are not edible and must be peeled away before eating.  Pre-stuck.  #2 1/2 fibrous casing will hold up to 2.5 lbs. of sausage meat (25 pack will hold about 62.5 pounds).  Soak fibrous casings in warm water 15 minutes before using.  Stuffed diameter appx. 2.8".
