Easy to use and store.  Fibrous casings are not edible and must be peeled away before eating.  Pre-stuck.  #2 fibrous casing will hold up to 1 1/4 lbs. of sausage meat.  (10 pack will hold about 17.5 pounds).  Soak fibrous casings in warm water 15 minutes before using.  Stuffed diameter appx.2.4".
