Easy to use and store.  Fibrous casings are not edible and must be peeled away before eating.  Pre-stuck.  #2 fibrous casing will hold up to 2 1/4 lbs. of sausage meat.  Soak fibrous casings in warm water 15 minutes before using.  Stuffed diameter appx. 2.4".  25-pack will stuff approximately 43.75 pounds of sausage.
