Easy to use and store.  Fibrous casings are not edible and need to be peeled away before eating.  Pre-stuck.  #4 fibrous casings will hold up to 3 1/4 lbs. of sausage meat (10 pack will hold about 32.5 pounds).  Soak fibrous casings in warm water 15 minutes before using.  Stuffed diameter appx. 3.23".
