Easy to use and store.  Fibrous casings are not edible and need to be peeled away before eating.  Pre-stuck.  #4 fibrous casing will hold up to 3.25 lbs. of sausage meat (25 pack will hold about 81.25 pounds).  Soak fibrous casings in warm water 15 minutes before using.  Stuffed diameter appx. 3.23"
