Craft the perfect British-style banger sausage with AC Legg's Banger Seasoning Blend 212. This 9.5 oz package is expertly blended with salt and traditional spices, seasoning up to 25 lbs of meat. To Make: Coarse grind 25 lbs of 70/30 pork (shoulder roast is a great option) through a 1-inch plate. Mix in 20 ounces of breadcrumbs, 12 ounces of water or chicken broth, and one bag of seasoning. Blend into the coarse ground meat, then fine grind the mixture through a 3/16th-inch plate. Stuff into 32-34mm edible casings for perfect banger sausages.
