Directions for Use:

Vacuum tumble for 20 minutes.
Chicken Wings:
Place 50 lbs of chicken wings in a vacuum tumbler.
Add 30.5 oz of water and 9.5 oz of seasoning.
Vacuum tumble for 20 minutes.
Note: Adjust the amount of water and seasoning for desired flavor intensity.
Soak Method:
Dissolve 9.5 oz of seasoning in one gallon of water (adjust water amount for desired marinade strength).
Use plastic or stainless steel containers only.
Marinate for as little as 30 minutes or up to 24 hours, depending on desired flavor intensity.
Keep the product under refrigeration during marination.
