High Temperature Cheese, 1/4 inch dice.  Great addition to many kinds of
 sausage - salami, summer, bratwurst, jalapeno, etc. Use approximately 
10% cheese to meat ratio.  1 lb of cheese blends great with 10 lbs of meat.
