Our Stockinette Hooks are  Electro-polished to a bright, smooth finish.  Stockinette hooks are used to hold hams, turkeys and sausage rolls (summer, salami, thuringer, etc.) in the smokehouse during processing.  Six Stockinette Hooks per package.
